Wellness Exam
A comprehensive physical examination of your pet, nose to tail, by a veterinarian and a time to discuss any concerns that you might have-- your pet's weight, diet, management of allergies, parasites, spay or neuter discussion, or helping them age gracefully.
We may recommend bloodwork or lab screening at this appointment for real-time answers about your pet's health, but of course is always up to your discretion.
Illness & Injury
A comprehensive physical examination of your pet by a veterinarian focused on your chief concern and or symptoms your pet is presenting with. Whether you have a sick pet or a pet that has become injured, discuss your concerns with a veterinarian and collaborate with us to address your pets needs and provide a treatment plan specifically catered to their needs.
Bloodwork, ultrasound, and x-ray are available in house and readily available to aid in diagnosing the root cause of your pet's illness or injury.

Urgent Care
our pet suddenly sick or presenting with symptoms that are alarming? Call us for possible same day availability. We reserve spots specifically for established clients who have an unforeseen or urgent need.
*PLEASE NOTE: While we do try to reserve time for the unforeseen and urgent needs, we cannot predict the volume of urgent needs on any given day. If we are unable to provide a same day appointment, we will offer you our next possible appointment time or recommend going to the emergency clinic depending on what is safest for your pet and situation.
Dentistry
How do you know when your pet needs dentistry work? You can usually smell it! As a part of your examination our doctors will evaluate your pet's teeth. Persistent bad breath, called halitosis, is the most common indicator. Other signs include trouble eating, depression, irritability, weight loss, visible plaque buildup, and red, swollen, and or bleeding gums.
Scheduling a dental clean and polish helps support your pet in maintaining the best quality of life possible.
Scheduling a dental in response to a decline in oral health and or noticed change in demeanor can be like flipping the light switch back on in your pet's quality of life.
Surgery
Cordon Road Veterinary Clinic proudly serves a variety of outpatient small animal surgery needs ranging from routine surgery, soft tissue surgery and orthopedic surgery including:

Allergies can present as excessive licking, scratching, saliva stained paws, restlessness, general irritability or your pet being "off". It often creates a domino effect causing discomfort, irritability, infection, and ultimately negatively effects the amazing bond you share.
Managing your pet's ears and allergies appropriately can help improve your pet's overall quality of life and change your household dynamics for the better.
Litter Exam
We happily provide litter exams for new kittens and new puppies, providing a thorough veterinarian examination of each individual puppy or kitten in the litter from nose to tail.
We support ethical and responsible breeding practices.
End of Life Care
Hands down, the toughest part of the human-animal bond is knowing how and when to say good-bye.
We provide humane euthanasia as the last and ultimate show of love to your companion and understand the immense difficulty of the situation.
End of life arrangements are offered with seamless logistics for pet cremation. If you are interested, there is a variety of options to help you remember your dear friend just the way you want.

Haul-in: Routine wellness exams, vaccinations, deworming, illness examination, straight line lameness examination (no round-pen available at this time), lab work, digital radiographs, health certificates and Coggins testing
